Action Fraud have announced they have received 100's of emails from Virgin Media customers advising that they are receiving scam emails advising that their connection will be disconnected as a result of 'invalid billing information'. These are all scams and should be treated as such. If you feel that your billing information could be out of date, DO NOT CLICK on any of the links on the email - always contact Virgin Media (or your supplier) directly via telephone to ensure you are speaking to your supplier and not someone just there to collect your bank details.
